Austin C. Bliss is co-founder and President of FreshAddress, Inc., and is the inventor of a patented system that provides email change of address (ECOA) services for consumers and businesses. Previously, Mr. Bliss managed programs for both the United Nations and the Carnegie Foundation. His innovative work has been recognized by The Boston Globe, Datamation, Fortune Magazine, and Mediapost. Mr. Bliss speaks at many events, including the DMA Annual Conference, Annual Catalog Conference, DMDays, and National Center for Database Marketing. Mr. Bliss sits on the DMA Committee on Social Responsibility, and is a roundtable chair for the Email Experience Council.

The Direct Marketing Educational Foundation recently named Austin a "Rising Star," a national award bestowed on four individuals under 40 who have demonstrated strong leadership skills, a track record of outstanding results, and a solid reputation for "giving back" through direct marketing education..
