| The ClickZ Weblog Business Strategies 2003 Platinum Sponsorship includes the following:

The exhibit area is floor space only. The Platinum Sponsor has the option to receive a complimentary booth package to include:
- six foot table
- round table
- four chairs
- one wastebasket
- 44 inch x 7 inch table sign with company name
The Platinum Sponsor incurs all charges for changes, additions or
substitutions to the complimentary booth package. The Full
Sponsor is responsible for all booth decoration, personnel,
electric, shipping, computer, telephone and other requirements.
Floor Exhibit Space is made available on a first come, first
served basis and no assurances or guarantees for specific
space can be given.
ClickZ Weblog Business Strategies 2003 Handbook Advertising
Platinum Sponsor's company logo, URL and description will be
featured in the ClickZ Weblog Business Strategies 2003 conference Handbook. In addition, the Sponsor will have the opportunity to provide us with artwork for a 2-sided, full page print advertisement in the conference Handbook, which is distributed to all conference attendees.
On-site Marketing and Promotional Exposure
Platinum Sponsor's company logo will be printed on the ClickZ Weblog Business Strategies 2003 welcome banner and the general meeting room stage banner.
Platinum Sponsor will also have the opportunity to insert a promotional item into the attendee bag.
Pre-Event Marketing Exposure
Platinum Sponsor's company name will be mentioned in pre-show marketing materials.
Conference Registration Passes For Platinum Sponsor's Personnel
Platinum Sponsor will receive five complimentary registration passes
for ClickZ Weblog Business Strategies 2003 for use by its personnel and may
not be transferred or re-sold in any manner.
Discounted Conference Registration Passes For Platinum Sponsor's Customers and Additional Exhibit Personnel
Platinum Sponsor will be able to offer its customers and additional
exhibit personnel a discount of 50% off the regular conference
registration rate.

Platinum Sponsor's company logo and description will appear on the
