Event is open to business professionals only. Business card and photo ID required for admission. No one under 18 admitted, including infants and toddlers.
Purchase Orders are acceptable, however, pre-payment is required to register. For Government Agencies, invoicing is possible - for details please contact our Registration Department at 203-295-0050 or e-mail registration@incisivemedia.com.

You will need to print this registration form (available soon), complete it and mail it with your payment. Payment by mail must be received no later than June 1, 2007. If payment is not received by June 1, 2007, you will need to register on-site.
You will not be registered for the conference until payment is received.
Cancellations and Substitutions
If you must cancel for any reason, notify our registration department in writing by fax (203) 286-1010 or e-mail registration@incisivemedia.com by May 7, 2007. Your registration will be refunded less a $100.00 processing fee. Cancellations after May 7, 2007 are non-refundable. You may transfer your registration to another person at any time by providing written authorization.

Incisive Interactive Marketing LLC assumes no liability for the acts of their suppliers nor for the safety of any ClickZ Events participant while in transit to or from this event. The total liability during the precise hours of the meeting will be limited to a refund of the delegate fee. Audio Taping at SES is prohibited, except for personal, non-republished use.
