Ricardo Guerrero (@ggroovin) created the majority of Dell's corporate Twitter accounts (see www.dell.com/twitter) and established the core strategy for Dell's corporate Twitter presence. Since its launch in June 2007, the @DellOutlet Twitter has been responsible for $2 million in revenue directly via Twitter and $1 million indirectly. In addition to his role at Dell, Guerrero is a devoted "Twitterpreneur." Stwittergy provides Twitter strategy, metrics and consulting services and is developing Twitter follower mining, grouping, measurement, and communication tools to help businesses cultivate relationships with their key followers more effectively. Having presented at SXSW Interactive and WebmasterWorld Pubcon, Guerrero is also working on an online book with Robert Quigley, who tweets as @statesman for the Austin American - Statesman, titled "Stwittergy: A Twitter Strategy for Effectively Cultivating Your Business." Originally from Bogotá, Colombia, Guerrero enjoys dining out and traveling with his wife far from and near their home in Austin, TX.
