Jordan Bitterman
Senior Vice President, Media & Content
Digitas

Jordan has been with Digitas since August 2005. As Senior Vice President, Media & Content, he is responsible for overseeing media planning and buying for American Express. Jordan has also been a central figure in the development of Digitas' brand content offering, The Third Act.

Before joining Digitas, Jordan was VP Group Media Director at FCBi the interactive arm of Foote Cone & Belding where he was responsible for all online media efforts on behalf of Merck pharmaceuticals. In that role, Jordan focused his attention on Merck's primary goal in the digital space: increasing treatment consideration by converting prospective users into confirmed leads.

Prior to FCBi, Jordan was at Digitas' sister company Modem Media where he ran the media practice for its New York office and managed the Delta Air Lines and Enterprise Rent-A-Car businesses. While there, he developed a media strategy and re-engineered creative direction for Delta to map messages to specific consumer mindsets. The ensuing campaign achieved 122% of its transaction goal measured by online airline ticket purchase.
