Pre-registration for CLICKZ Online Video Advertising Forum has now closed.
Please register on-site at the registration desk located at the Millennium Broadway.

Registration Hours are:
July 22: 8:00am-6:20pm

Event is open to business professionals only. Business card and photo ID required for admission. No one under 18 admitted, including infants and toddlers.

Special Group Discounts:
The first conference registrant pays full price, the second and subsequent person from the same organization, registering at the same time qualifies for 50% off their registration fee (of equal value). Sign up online or contact our Registration Department.

Purchase Orders are acceptable, however, pre-payment is required to register. For Government Agencies, invoicing is possible - for details please contact our Registration Department.

If you are paying by check:
You will need to print this registration form, complete it and mail it with your payment. Payment by mail must be received no later than July 15, 2008. If payment is not received by July 15, 2008, you will need to register on-site.

You will not be registered for the conference until payment is received.

Cancellations and Substitutions
If you must cancel for any reason, notify our registration department in writing by fax (203) 286-1010 or e-mail registration@clickzevents.com by June 20, 2008. Your registration will be refunded less a $100.00 processing fee. Cancellations after June 20, 2008 are non-refundable. If you cannot attend the event due to unforeseen circumstances, you may transfer your registration to another person. You may NOT transfer your registration once your badge has been picked up.
