Dave Osborn is Director of MegaPanel at Nielsen//NetRatings. In this role, he manages the MegaPanel line of services, which is based on PC and Internet usage data collected from hundreds of thousands of individuals in key markets around the globe. His areas of responsibility include MegaPanel-related product development, product marketing and strategic partnerships, as well as all new metering and data collection initiatives. Additionally, Mr. Osborn oversees product development and product marketing for Nielsen//NetRatings’ digital audio and video measurement services.

Prior to serving as the Director of MegaPanel, Mr. Osborn was Director of Sales for Nielsen//NetRatings, where he oversaw the company’s key strategic and financial relationships with companies including Microsoft, Amazon and RealNetworks. Before joining Nielsen//NetRatings, Mr. Osborn was Senior Product Sales Manager for Jupiter Media Metrix, where he was responsible for topline growth of their AdRelevance business, and marketed online advertising measurement to Fortune 500 companies worldwide. Mr. Osborn holds a B.A. in Psychology from Willamette University.
