Note: The Premier sponsor is responsible for all booth decoration, personnel, electric, shipping, computer, telephone, Internet connection and other requirements. Floor exhibit space is made available on a first come, first served basis and no assurances or guarantees for specific space can be given.

Pre-Event Marketing Exposure
Best Efforts will be made to include the Premier Sponsor's company name and/or logo will be mentioned in pre-show marketing materials.

ClickZ Forum Web Site Advertising
Premier Sponsor's company name, logo and 100 word or less description will appear on the sponsor page of the event Web Site. Thousands of Internet industry professionals are expected to visit the conference Web Site.

ClickZ Forum Handbook Advertising
Premier Sponsor's company name, logo, URL and 100 word or less description will be featured in the event Handbook. In addition, the Sponsor will have the opportunity to provide us with artwork for a single-sided, full page print advertisement in the same Handbook, which is distributed to all conference attendees.

On-site Marketing and Promotional Exposure
Premier Sponsor's company name and/or logo will be printed on the welcome banner and the general meeting room stage banner. Premier Sponsors will also have the opportunity to insert a promotional item into the attendee bag.

Conference Registration Passes For Premier Sponsor's Personnel
Premier Sponsor will receive five complimentary Full Conference registration passes for use by its personnel. These may not be transferred or re-sold at any time.

Discounted Conference Registration Passes For Premier Sponsor's Customers and Additional Exhibit Personnel
Premier Sponsor will be able to offer its customers, employees and prospects a discount of 20% off the regular conference registration rate. It is recommended that the Exhibitor communicate this discount via email.
